Not even close imo, more like all the other games that came and flopped after month or two.

I think it will likely maintain numbers similar to Escape from Tarkov.

Depends, it has potential to go competitive, so it will go above Tarkov and maybe stay alongside BF/CoD especially when it hits consoles. There are already competitive leagues starting.
