Looks like a fake (is it even supposed to be a vindictus server?).

Yes it is as some Videos on the web and gtop100 ect. say.

But i just got that overlay away and it's online numbers are static, those download torrents target to a 3.2.5a WoW Client. Well.. wish to have this game as a private server offering section soon.. what a dream

In my opinion, it isn't really worth to make a private server of Vindictus. Leveling isn't a big deal in Vindictus and a +10 weapon is more than enough to play the end-game content. On the other hand it would be easy to host Vindictus; since it is a client-based game.

Vindictus China -> has no ip block

And there are vpns/proxies to play on the other versions, i used to play for 5 months on the NA version until Vindictus Eu was released.
