I’ll get straight to the point: I would strongly advise against buying from this provider based on my personal experience.
They were previously known as Nullcrum, and one thing that bothered me was the constant release of new products. First, Effortless Lite, then Effortless Full, and eventually Phantom. It always seemed like whenever money was needed, a new private or client would suddenly appear. I can’t speak to the developer’s intentions, but the pattern definitely raised questions for me.
However, the biggest issue wasn’t even the products themselves. It was the support, accountability, and the way my problems were handled.
At one point, Phantom stopped working, and a staff member told me it was due to a Cloudflare network outage. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because these things happen, but the same explanation continued for an entire week. Eventually, I got fed up and requested a refund. Only then did the owner step in and fix the issue. That experience left a pretty bad impression.
Later, I was offered a configuration for $15, which I declined. I maintained a stable 27% HS rate, but after eventually getting banned, I contacted them to ask what had gone wrong. Instead of receiving a satisfactory explanation, I was told, in effect, that I should have bought their configuration. From my perspective, that felt like shifting the blame onto the customer rather than addressing the actual concern.
They subsequently offered me an HWID spoofer, which also failed to work for me. Apparently, their so-called “hybrid” solution had compatibility issues with my Gigabyte motherboard. What makes this particularly frustrating is that I specifically asked whether it was compatible BEFORE buying it, and they still recommended it.
To this day, I haven’t received a proper resolution.
I’m sharing this because I wish I had taken experiences like this more seriously before spending my own money. Between the week-long issue, the support experience, the response I received after my ban, and the unresolved compatibility problem, I simply cannot recommend this provider.
I’m not asking anyone to blindly take my word for it. Ask questions, check independent reviews, and look at how they handle complaints before spending your money. If you have had a different experience, that’s fair, but this was mine.
And honestly, you’d be better off gambling your money away than handing it over without doing your research. At least with gambling, you know you’re taking a risk. Here, I expected a working product and decent support, and I got neither when I needed them.
Save your money and think twice before buying. I learned that lesson the hard way, and I don’t want other people making the same mistake.
If the seller is also active here on elitepvpers, you can leave your feedback in their sales or offer thread. If you have also been scammed, you can report the incident in the Complaint Area.
Otherwise, feel free to check out this list in the future.
