ibot support is garbage 07/13/2011 - DarkOrbit - 4 Replies i bought 5 month license 2 weeks ago.. my dumbass didnt check the galaxy gate option when buying so i dont have access to that function.. i message support every day since to see if they can just add that option and/or i buy that option and i get no response.. i am fed up with these guys.. if there is someone who knows how to unlock that part of the program that would be a big help..
