ibot support is garbage

i bought 5 month license 2 weeks ago.. my dumbass didnt check the galaxy gate option when buying so i dont have access to that function.. i message support every day since to see if they can just add that option and/or i buy that option and i get no response.. i am fed up with these guys.. if there is someone who knows how to unlock that part of the program that would be a big help..

also i have downloaded valhalla exim solely for the gg option but i have not test it out because i dont want to risk getting a captcha on my good account so i have started a new one.. if someone uses valhalla can u tell me how to do the gg part and if it works at all because it seems to have problems just jumping to dif mp sometimes

i understand this should probably be two forum posts but im not good at these things.. and if someone has an answer and they dont want to make it public please private message me, it will stay confidential.. thank you in advance

I can't help you, but the way that you describe ibot support, it sounds suspiciously similar to Bigpoint's customer support...

we get an automated reply in like a 20 secs after our inquiry is sent haha


and ibot's customer support sucks they dont know english
