Few questions about first ban

I've been using a vgc emulator with a builtin cheat for a week now and got banned yesterday with VAL5.
This was my first time cheating in valorant, the account got permanently banned for using third party tools but my question now is am I HWID banned or not.
I reinstalled my vanguard and valorant, and played 2 comp matches and 3 deathmatches on another account today without getting banned, but I saw someone on this forum say they got banned after a few hours with a VAL5 error.

So my question now is, how should I proceed? I'm not cheating anymore but is it safe to play legit on my main account or is it at risk of getting flagged / banned?

Just play more.
If you don't get banned, you're good, simple as that.

Delays can last up to 3-4 days in rare cases you will most likely get banned before that but if you don’t then maybe you are lucky!

I used a bypass and also want hwid banned when I got Val 5. Just account banned. I personally wouldn't use my main until it's been 4 days at LEAST, but you might've done that already. Hope you stayed unbanned though. Which bypass was it?

EDIT: nvm I saw you were using an emulator, not a bypass.

If you think delay bans only last a week, I feel bad for you and your trash experiences.

Delays can take up to a month, and some software even has auto ban disabled. You’ll only get banned once you trigger smart ban and if you’re cheating, you will.

Spoof after every ban! Never play on your main after ban no matter how long has passed..
