This is prob the only legit way to do it, as most other ways involve CC fraud that 1, is really stupid to do and 2, will get your account banned 100%.

if you're not opposed to making a new account then just get a turkish account and you can buy val points on websites for cheaper.

They added Gifting to the game now (starting tomorrow). So I assume there will be a lot more services coming up now for gifting.
Also one thing you could do is:
1. get a turkish account
2. charge a lot of points on it
3. change it back to the region your main account is located in
4. and then gift yourself.
Both accounts need to be on the same region to gift each other thats why I typed that you need to change back the region, but this is the most problematic part because changing the region isnt as easy as it used to be since you might need to contact valorant support to do so

I can help you with newer bundle gifting if you want? Only on AP servers though. My friends do it.

There were multiple methods back in the day for this but try looking into vp resellers as this is probably the most reliable and safe way to do it without getting banned. Good luck
