you do have a TPM otherwise you wouldn't be able to play. Not a lot of context here but i'd assume you are referring to fTPM as a digital TPM and not a physical TPM chip. If you were banned on the fTPM. usually that comes with new computers or etc. then you'd need to go buy a physical tpm chip. again, not a lot of context here and i'm only assuming this is the case. Disable fTPM convert to TPM. After converting then plug in TPM chip. Just make sure your spoofer has instructions & what order to do this or that otherwise you'll "brick" / "corrupt" the system. Such as not clearing data or inserting wrong module & etc.
short terms, Convert from fTPM to TPM. Buy chip. Plug in. And no you can't change TPM settings without going into BISO
