It means people can no longer cheat for cheap and if you want a cheat now you will have to invest a lot of money. So now I can have peace of mind that my enemies are legit players and I won't have to cheat myself. I only started cheating because others were cheating. For legit side people can still rage cheat and cheat with delay bans as usual using leaked certs and other things to bypass HVCI
Cert Drivers to P2C its not a thing to get a EV Cert you need a REAL Company and do interviews, its a legal process and use it for a cheat will get the driver and company blacklisted and revoked
If you use it for malicious things like a cheat or malware its ILLEGAL and you will be sued by Microsoft and maybe even get arrested (depends country)
