Question im not able to enable tpm

So i got a tpm chip, atleast my bios says so. I dont exactly know since i didnt built my pc. Ill have to enable tpm 2.0 tho which my bios weirdly wont allow me i can only switch versions of tpm but it isnt turning on for valorant. does anybody know what to do by any chance? i allready changed versions and did a reset. I think this Issue came after a spoof btw if that helps. since after the spoof my download speed has been low aswell. would appreciate evry help. Could a new tpm chip help?

You dont got a chip you got the FTPM that is from CPU

Can please show a screenshots of how it looks likeon Bios and when you search about tpm.msc on Windows?
