AVM issue not opening

Their support will take 5 years to respond from my own experience, so I wanted to ask if someone here has run into an issue like this. Fresh install, all redistrutables, NET frames installed, no anti-viruses, Defendercontrol but AVM is not opening on Windows 10 22H2 but before fresh re-install it did. Any ideas?

i used to have this problem and i think resetting windows did fix it (from usb)
and i probably used a custom os

Reset your windows will fix it

Redownload the windows and go for win10pro
