Where to find personal dev?

Hello all,
I've been in the Valorant community for about 2 years now, I've played PUBG Apex and a few other games that had a good cheesing community. I've not had any sort of success with providers on epvp or privates the entire time I've used them. (Never lasted more than 2 months with the exception of the OG providers iykyk). I wanted to ask you guys for input on whether or not I should hire a personal dev to make something just for me so I can reduce my chances of a detection, and if that's even worth it.
I've seen other people do it and I understand it's expensive but if it is possible and makes it harder for me to get banned, that's all I care about. If this is possible, let me know, and if there's already other places to hire people for something like this plz feel free to let me know as well.
I know that despite what some people seem to think VGK is extremely good at what it does considering I've had over 10 bans without raging and have never gotten to Immortal using any provider public or private, so all your input is always appreciated.

Probably only through contacts or if you have friends that are developers. Most public ones are detected or scam. But the private ones already got unreal prices. You can try to reach people with posts like this or by joining discords and saying what u want to provide, most require ID probably

ive been using the same private cheat for over 8 months and have only had 1 ban and im 99% sure it was manual because i havent been banned since then, the cheat i use has a total of 25 slots not sure if any of them are available but if you want i could refer you and you could see or you could talk with the dev about a personal cheat or whatever idk but if you want me to connect you with him add my discord

Show any proof of pasting or you even having the brain capacity to understand what our products consist of. You don't know who develops our products nor what goes into them. The prices for these kinda products start in the thousands, and most people cannot afford it.

We have a team of developers who much prefer taking on larger projects instead of many small ones, but many people don't have the budget. It takes a lot more work then most people expect.
