No, if you cheat on one pc the other one is completely unaffected, there have been rumors that VGK might be banning monitor serials but it's just a rumor + monitor serials can easily be changed in the registry.
IP is not a part of the ban because some people have siblings or other people that may use the computer in the household, and they want to prevent them from getting banned as well.
