bios update file not found

So I got HWID banned in Valorant and I am trying to get unbanned. I did everything I was told to do but when it came to flash the bios, it failed. I tried everything, but my bios just does not detect the bios file from my USB.

mb: MSI H310M Pro-D

Maybe someone has a solution for my problem and can help me.

make sure to download the mbiosrom file which is exactly for ur mb look at the names
i think u need to format ur usb to FAT32 as well and then select instant flash or something like that in your bios menu

Click on BIOS and download newest version. There's also a tutorial.

If you alread did this, try using different USB stick

Make sure the USB is on FAT32 and is detected by the bios update manager in the first place. You should have to scroll thru lots of junk files before finding the update image needed.
