possibly but as a nerd i am, read the thing and towards the end it does mention his staff by the user name. If they take it over it would be under a different name.

If he is then he's a complete idiot, as someone mentioned before this is the second time he's been told to stop so they won't just do the typical "ok thanks" and walk away if he shuts down. They are coming for his *** in court.
