Bad experience with Void Spoof

I am new to scene and tried Eternal color bot. I, like many others on this forum that I found, got detected automatically after about three days playing legit. I made the mistake of not buying a spoofer, because I thought that I would get a decent week or so to rank up a bit. After getting HWID ban, I went to Void spoof. They have a very poor reputation here, but I was stupid enough to be fooled by their admin Garbie who seemed very kind in comments and looked like they gave good customer service.
Their key never worked. Unlike The Eternal who sent me the activation key after my purchase, Void made me go to their discord to redeem the key. The key never redeemed and kept giving me the error of wrong password or key not recognized. Their staff would respond to my tickets after multiple hours with unhelpful information I already tried, and then on my second ticket Garbie sent me a screenshot that my key was already redeemed. I only have one computer, so if it's not working on mine then it can't have been redeemed yet.
After a while, I mentioned that I had some brain fog from a recent accident and would really appreciate the help, but they went completely silent. After asking to just turn off that spoof and send a refund, still silence. If they really thought I was trying to scam them then why would they not want to just send a refund and turn it off? What do I do with this frustration? Posting here is all I can do I guess. Screenshot link of my final messages with them where I get zero response until the ticket closes. Don't buy unless you like throwing away money.
