First off, private cheats also get detected and when they do they don't come back up 99% of the time because the dev is **** and well thats why they make it a private cheat in the first place, it will not always have detections either, Honey is by far the most advanced public cheat against tackling detections. And if it was just a scheme to make money why else would I have froze sales and all user keys until I provide the new update?

You froze sales to look positive. Its a sound tactic to seem empathetic. So you can fix that issue and be able to sale more.
You will rinse and repeat the process over and over after each detection. Your a public provider. Look at things from the logical view.
Public providers - already detected people just waiting on the ban hammer, as they openly sale the cheat to anyone and everyone that forks the money over. Even if they try to counter the sales, fact is. Riot gonna get that and ban hammer away. Riot has more money, and more in depth high end people tasked with slapping down that hammer on people.
