Unless you have something to bring to the table for us devs, we look at a post like this and don't bother to reply.

Edit:
I would highly advise actually putting an offer not writing "how much you want", I personally charge up to 180 USD an hour depending on the task, some will do it for a hundred bucks.

It would be wise to put what you're willing to pay for how long in what currency.

Edit²: It would also benefit you to list the preferred languages.
I personally could do everything you listed, which is why I charge so much.

I recommend a format like this:

Looking for Developers:
Exploit Application Developer: $40 p/h
Web Developer (Frontend and Backend): $22 p/h

Duration:
7-14 Days at 5 hours a day.

Required Experience:
Application Developer: At least 5 years of C#, C++ and VB.Net
Web Developer: At least 2 years of PHP, HTML, CSS and JS

The more you define what you want, the cheaper and easier it will be for you to get what you want.

Why should someone work for you and let you have at least 10% of the cut while themselves could just do all the advertisement and get all the 100% cut by themselves. Unless you are wanting to build a public project which they might agree somewhat on it but mostly will not. I can assure you even if you had the deal with them, it's definitely not going to be long-term, they will eventually get ridden of the burden that is you due to the % you do for what, advertising? that's all. While the developers have to be on field, you're just sitting and taking people money. So even if someone contacted you, either he's scamming or a developer that isn't going to work out with you for long.

To make it worth it for the developer and its not all risk on the developer, you need to provide a fixed monthly payment that doesn't change. This way, if you dont meet the sales the developer does not miss out. This is the only way I can see a developer taking the chance with you. Or once again, if you pay an hourly rate like the person above said. This would make sense as you're just hiring him which would make the cheat yours.
