Any* active player will have the chance to win $1000 on a daily base.
It's all up to you and the time you are willing to spend. You will have to earn "Fight Tickets" by winning or finishing matches otherwise you won't be entered into the daily $1000 giveaway roulette. As more tickets you collect during one day as higher your chance to win, the tickets are only good for one day and there will be reset after the drawing.
There is no limit to the number of times you can win and earn tickets.
It's all about your involvement, abilities and stamina to maintain yourself during this great event.
