This is about optimizing your Chrome to buff & play your videos
much faster in troublesome conditions >>
Note that this will downgrade your Chrome to an older version

Step 1
~~~ Download file package

Step 2
~~~ Run UD.reg
~~~ Run CDN.bat
~~~ CDN shall return Ok. if successful
Step 3
~~~ Close the Chrome
~~~ Go to C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\ or wherever Chrome is located
~~~ Delete All the content inside your Chrome folder including chrome.exe and the subfolders
Step 4
~~~ Download the or release of Chrome 47
~~~ Extract the archive at C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\ or wherever your Chrome is located
~~~ Run the new Chrome

Step 5
~~~ Go to chrome://flags
Enable ~> Disable Media Source API
Enable ~> Disable Encrypted Media Extensions
Disable ~> Enable prefixed Encrypted Media Extensions
~~~ Don't forget to scroll to the bottom and click Relaunch Chrome...

In The End It Should Look Like This :

Bonus Step
~~~ Block your extensions and Unblock your plugins such as Adobe Flash
~~~ Set your Flash Player global and local storage settings to Unlimited
~~~ Clear browsing data

should allow us to disable DASH, but doesn't seem to be working on the latest YouTube sCode, also it's against G's policy, so that's why it's being skipped. Forcing Chrome to play the videos in adobeFlash instead of HTML5 has been told to be good but recent tests on the latest YouTube Source Code reviews bugs, so that's why it's being skipped.
[7]release 47 seems perfect because it still has the EME chrome://flags to disable the media ~~~ heres where they remove it aka 22 feb 2016 so technically everything before that including release 48 should work.
~~~CDN.bat should return Ok. if not than your Firewall is most probably Off so thats why run your Services and start Windows Firewall than retry running CDN.bat
~~~right clicking your YT video and clicking 'Stats for nerds shall tell your DASH status if its On than youd probably done smth wrong
