Hello , today i'll show you how to texture hack in super smash bross brawl

PAL WII ONLY ! I will create NTSC tutorial later!...

1 - Needed files will be in attachments except 1[FOR HOW TO INSTALL HOMEBREW GO TO ANOTHER TUTORIAL , THIS TUTORIAL IS FOR HOW TO INSTALL APP IN HOMEBREW AND MAKE TEXTURE HACK FOR SSBB , THE HOMEBREW WILL NOT BE IN ATTACHEMENT]

2 - You need to have an adapter for SD card and insert it on your computer

,Then go in it (Exemple : G:\) , then create a folder and name it Private

Then , in it create another folder and name it wii , in wii create a folder and name it app , in app create a folder and name it RSBP. Now in RSBP create a folder : pf and in pf create 2 folders : Fighter and Stage . Go in stage and create a folder and name it melee. Okay done with creating folders [ONLY FOR NOW , YOU NEED TO CREATE MORE LATER] now , go back to G:\ (leave melee folder RSBP folder etc) now you are in the start of the SD card , create a folder and name it codes. Now click this link and download :

now put this file in the folder you just created : codes . When you put it on codes folder , go back to G:\ (exit codes folder) and create a file and name it apps Now this is A BIT difficult . go to the apps folder , download the Pack1 from the attachments and put the Gecko1931 folder into apps and do the same with Pack2 (in attachments too) . Go to part 3 now ! you are at 80% 8D

3 - okay , now YOU NEED TO CREATE LOTTTT OF FOLDER or download them x_x go to Private - wii - app - RSBP - Fighter and create all this folder Name :

if you do not want to change a character , dont change his texture or create a folder for him.

Now go to this website :

then click Characters and choose a character you like (i'll use sonic)

I click the image of sonic , now i see lot of textures , when there is a texture i like , i need to click his name (top left of the texture) then a mediafire / 4shared windows appear , download and in it you will find 1 to 6 (6 is max i think) files , deppend of the texture . the name of the files has to be LIKE THIS (but not alway) : if i choosed sonic : FitSonic00.pcs/pac , FitSonic00 mean if you want to change the texture of sonic , extract it in Sonic folder and in wii you need to use original sonic and it will be changed to the texture you choosed . Now after you did all this [I SAY IT AGAIN : THIS IS ONLY FOR PPL WHO HAVE HOMEBREW CHANNEL !] quit homebrew channel in your WII and insert the SD card . go back to homebrew channel and select Gecko1931 or whatever. Now in gecko , press Launch Game [SSBB HAVE TO BE IN YOUR WII]And lets the game launch . it should say something with this at the end :

Game ID RSBP01. Code found . Applying . (when it done loading , press A with your wii controler and the game should launch . choose sonic if you changed sonic texture and select a map . ENJOY ! For the Map texture hack , just send me PM or check another tutorial , i will do it later i'm too lazy for now x_x

Note : If you choosed a texture and in it the name is not FitSonic00 / 01 or more it will not work Exemple : I choose a sonic texture and his name is GokuSuperSayen4 It will DONT work you need to have the name of the char : FitCHAR00/01 etc

AND last thing : FitSonic00 = the original texture of sonic , when a file is Fit----00 that mean , dont change the color of sonic or u will have the original . Fit----01 mean the 1st texture of sonic and FitSonic05 mean the 5th color of sonic , Black sonic .

SOME TEXTURE CAN MAKE LAGG YOUR GAME ! For making back your character normal , just
launch brawl normal (without gecko).If you make screen in brawl into your SD card
they will be saved in G:\private\wii\app\RSBP\al , The bin files . Only the WII can read it i think. If you dont have "al" folder , that mean you dont have screen in SD card . BYE!

The link for RSBP01 is broken, can you do something about it?
