Nicht registriert mit teilweise Flats?

Meinst du mit nicht registriert wirklich ohne Video Ident? Muss das noch gemacht werden oder brauchen die polnischen keine?

Ab wann werden die gesperrt wenn man für einen gewissen Zeitraum sich keine Polenböller über der Grenze holt? (nur DE Netz)
