Sadly, the guy seems to be a scammer. He sent me his ID and driver's license and everything seems to fit his verified Paypal account (at least the name), but I've sent the money first, he never sent the key. Said he'd send it yesterday evening when he gets home from work, but alas, no mail whatsoever.
I gave him until noon to send the key, otherwise I'll take legal action and report him to Hungarian authorities (he's from Hungary, not from Israel as his profile says).
