wenn ich versuche einen ncsoft master account zu erstellen, bekomm ich am nachdem ich alle daten eingegeben hab und auf "weiter" geklickt hab als fehler "ein allgemeiner fehler ist aufgetreten" angezeigt. weiß jemand was das sein kann?
