If you don't know already which is hard to find you can use Cheat engine to do some simple hacking on servers since there is no anti hack on steam or valve. This is good in some instances cause of you can freeze you health at max but only 2 downsides to doing that is if you fall to far you can still die from damage above you health and the other things being for every time you enter a server you have to rescan for the address of health. with CE its also nice to freeze the value of an item to have infinite of something or make the value higher up to 999. Some servers may detect if your item hacking by long enough periods of item not decreasing. Health hacks and MP hacks can be detected if hp is above limit.
