TERA EU LAUNCHER PROBLEM

now i have another problem , i'm able to log in and press play , after doing that
it shows the splash then a black screen with the in game cursor but after few secs the black screen disappears with no errors and throw me back to the launcher ~~

Ure Videocard is up to date? Try windowed mode? Repair tool for tera if there is one cant remmeber.

black screen with mouse pointer is mostly the
software issue i think, do u have net framework installed etc? Direct X?
