As always, copy them to \S1Game\CookedPC\Art_Data\Packages\CH\PC
Back up the existing files in order to go back to the regular version quickly in case something breaks.
In case you're wondering why there are only files for High Elves and Elin: The files for Castanic and Human seem to be identical. Let me know if something is missing and I'll take a look and see if I can find the related files.
