I have A problem on my PC About the assoc command....please Help me.....

I accendentally typed assoc .exe=application and assoc .exe=application.
After executing those two commands in cmd. The result is that whenever I open any application in my Pc It won't open anymore. Also the cmd when I type it in run, It won't start instead a dialog box will appear and says. Open file in web or browse in recommended programs....


Please Help me Thank you.....
