[HELP]How to change a websites title?

Hello there.
I got this question about how to change my FORUM's title

I'm using a phpbb forum.
i've been messing around inside the template abit but i didn't find the correct file.
If you got any idea, or know how to change this please tell me!

If this "Title" got a name, please tell me that aswell.

NOTE: If this is the wrong section, please move my post!

Right Klick on your .html and Click Edit.

Now Search this line <title>Name of Homepage</title>

When theres nothing like that add this line and edit the name

When theres nothing like that add this line and edit the name

Seen through all the .html files, but no one of them include

<title>Name</title>

If any of you got a forum template downloaded on their computer, please give me an exact localitation.
Example:
C:/Bla/Bla/template/xxxxx.html/

if its a phpbb board, go to the administrator panel und look in "general"
