You can't really hide a specific window when using full Screen Capture.
If you have to use Screen Capture for some reason, you could crop the output in OBS to only show the game area. As long as your cheat is positioned somewhere outside that cropped zone (like a second monitor or tucked in a corner), it won't show.
There's also a tool called Window Sharing Hider that uses Windows' SetWindowDisplayAffinity API to hide specific windows during screen capture. Might be worth looking into.
Window Capture is the safe and easy way. Screen Capture + cropping works too if you position your cheat right.
