It seems that you got hardware ID banned. Rust is very strict about using third-party apps. The ban can be caused by using ReShade, an unsigned application blacklisted by EAC, or a driver trace from a cheat used in a different game. Blacklisted app bans usually do not cause hardware ID bans; the third reason is more likely.
You will need a spoofer tool. We are currently looking for testers. You can contact us, and we can help you remove your ban.
