[Solved] Need some help with Discord

Hey guys, first of all i am sorry if this is not the right section, i had some struggle finding out where this fits

I would need someone to help me out a little to setup a discord server
I know the very basics, but i need some more help with the permissions, the "accept rules" bot, and the Mee6 bot

Most of the channels should not be visible until the rules are accepted, i figured it a little, but need some help to "design" the rules as they look pretty bad right now

I need some help with the Mee6 bot,the general settings, automoderation and rank system and an explanation of the announcement feature

And then i just would have some extra questions

I want a news channel, where it automatically grabs and posts news from a certain site, is this possible?

I want to be able to figure if someone would use 2 discord accounts on the same computer on my server e.g alts
Am i able to do this somehow, and can i link it with automoderation that bans alts right away, how much information´s of the members am i able to see?
