How do you measure the fps in CS:GO? Is it only in CS:GO or also in other games?

Welches mainbord ist in welcher revision mit welchem Bios in verwendung?
Wer stellte die grafikkarte her? welches Grafikkartenbios?
Wurde vor dem problem etwas im system verändert? wenn nichts verändert wurde, wie wurde nichts verändert?

Try to force CS:GO to use your dedicated GPU by configure your settings in the Nvidia Control Panel.

What PSU you got? Download MSI Afterburner and try to overclock your GPU. Go and search for a tutorial and google what overclock is okay for it.

EDIT: Also monitor your temperatures. Anything above 60 celsius while playing csgo is unusual with that hardware.
