Pc is not starting after cleaning it, ga x58a ud3r

So I thought I could clean up my pc since I haven't done it in a long time. I disassembled everything and cleaned it and put it back together now it won't start up and I am getting no picture at all.

I already tried:
- another Psu
- another ram / no ram
- another graphic / no graphic
- other hdd/sdd / none of them
- changing the battery
- resetting cmos
- cpu without cooler heats up pretty quickly (don't worry only about 10sec tested)
- running only the cpu

I am stuck on the last part since I don't have another cpu or mobo.
The symptoms are always the same so I guess it has to be one of them. It is a gigabyte ga x58a ud3r mobo and a Intel core I7 970.

Symptoms:
The pc starts up when I press the power button the sb-voltage led flashes red and goes out, phase led are constant green green yellow yellow red red, ddr phase led are constant green yellow green yellow, fans are spinning, no post (don't know if it ever did), it does not turn off from alone, at least it seems so, if I stop the cpu fan it starts to spin again like 5 seconds later, it stays like this until I turn it off by pressing the power button for like 3 seconds.

I tried searching online for a solution but the posted fixxes didn't help me at all, and most of not all cases were about constant restarting.

Thank you for your time.

Question, In win 98,me,2000, etc you could clean the system loggs by going, start-run-cmd-deltree c:/windows or c:\winnt, or whatever the main windows directory is. then pinging -14000 (url) then not having to worry about your sex being traced back to you. I am using Xp now and have encountered that the old way is not working...
