[Rules] Technical Support
In addition to the

General Rules:
- Please use the search function, before creating a thread. You might find a solution for your problem.
- Requesting or posting cracks, cracked software, warez and so on is prohibited.
- It's generally not allowed to push your thread. However, if your topic is already a page back and it is still up-to-date, a small bump is okey.
- Avoid posts containing nothing but "thanks", use our thanks button instead.
What to consider when creating a topic:
The title:
- The header should already contain some information about your problem.
- Pros: "Sony Vegas - Error rendering"; "Bluescreen when starting Windows 7"
- Cons: "Computer broken URGEND HELP!!!!"; "it doesn't work'"
- Describe your problem as detailed as possible, so you can be helped most quickly. Things which are very important here are e.g. errorcodes and when or at which program the problem occurs.
- If there is no errorcode, try to find the source of your problem in the Windows logs.
- Tell the other users about your system specifics as well as your operating system.
- List what you have already tried to solve the problem.
- Finally add a few pictures of the errorcodes.
- Please always pay attention to your spelling and layout of your posts. Especially many punctuation marks do not help you with the solution.
