Msvcrt.dll

When i try to run ForestVillage.exe it's show error :
The Procedure entry point_free_locale could not be located in the dynamic link library msvcrt.dll.
Can someone tell me how to fix it pls ?

Hi all, Sorry if here isn't the right place to post it, but i NEED some help... I've formated my computer 2 days ago, i installed everythings that i need to play conquer and my pc work right. now, i tryed open the conquer, and there is a message growing up in the desktop that says to send the errors bulletin to microsoft, and the conquer.exe needs to be closed... can someone help me PLEASEE!!!
