Das hat leider auch nicht geholfen. Ich geb es jetzt auch einfach auf. Inzwischen ist definitiv der Zeitpunkt erreicht, wo der Aufwand den Nutzen deutlich übersteigt. Es funktioniert ja schließlich bei allen anderen Spielen einwandfrei und Metin läuft auch auf der integretierten Intel GPU ganz gut.

Nvidia Control Panel => every option: "Chose GTX 960M".
Config this in every tab and try metin again.
Should work. Ive got an MSI GE 73 VR, got nearly same problems, with other games.
Changing the options to my GTX 1060 (nonM) worked.
