Support verweist auf Windows Fehler - Berechtigt?
ich habe seit langer Zeit Probleme mit GTA V.
Es geht darum, dass immer zufällige Sounds fehlen, seien es Explosionen, Schüsse oder Kollisionen.
Nun habe ich seit einem Monat etwa ein Ticket bei Rockstar offen, wo mir nun gesagt wird, ich sollte "sfc /scannow" ausführen.
Da bei mir die Meldung

ausgegeben wird ist Rockstar nun der Meinung, das wäre ein Windows-Problem und ich solle mich an wen anders wenden.
Jedoch finde ich in der CBS.log lediglich folgenden Hinweis:

Als ob "Tanspecks.jpg", "Tiki.gif" oder "Stucco.gif" notwendige Systemdateien sind..?!
Edit: Habe mir diese 3 Dateien von einer Windows 7 VM "geklaut". "sfc /scannow" gibt nun dennoch die gleich Meldung, bit auf die letzten Meldungen

Wie sollte ich reagieren?
