KDMO error code 207

hi all ...
i am trying to run KDMO (Korean digimon masters online) on VMware work station win7 32bit
but i keep getting the 207 error in hack shield i tried this thing ...

but after i use it's make the advanced launcher can't even start the game ! Help please ...
