Quick question to experienced PayPal Users.

Hello sirs . I m a trader on this forum and i would like to make a question. A guy from here payed me and when i went to paypal to confirm i saw the payment as cancelled.


I d like to ask how is this possible? Should i be afraid for anyone who can do this? I thought that payment is instant and buyer - sender cannot get refunded without my permission. What is the case? How can i be protected by that? Is it possible all buyers to cancel the payment even if time has passed? Thanks for any help.
