Exclamation Windows Error?!?

Hi,
Ich bin neu in diesem Forum und ich habe folgendes Problem:

Immer wenn ich meinen Pc hochfahre kommt ein Error den ich einfach nicht zuordnen kann...

Windows - Fehler in Anwendung
Die Ausnahme "unkown software exception" (0x40000015) ist in der Anwendung an der Stelle 0x011af9bd aufgetreten.
Klicken Sie auf "Ok", um das Programm zu beenden.

Wie kann ich diesen Fehler beheben ?!

Habe Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

Lade dir mbam herunter, update das Programm und überprüfe dein System, dann kann ich dir vlt weiterhelfen.

ggf. im abesicherten modus installieren und ausführen...

Habe jetzt Mbam runtergeladen aktualisiert und einen Scan durchgeführt und er sagt mir 99 Infizierte Datein was soll ich dann machen?
