HELP H.V Frequency out of range

i bought a mid range desktop pc here's the specification

Mboard: RedFox N68S3b
2gig DDR3
Video Card: 1 gig Gigabyte Nvidia GeForces GT 520
Processor: AMD Athlon tm II X2 250
HDD: 500gig

"Win7 ultimate 32bit Operating System"

the problem is, when every time i'll start the game -->> Defense of the Ancient or "DOTA" or warcraft 3 its happens to be all black and gives me this

"HV Frequency is our of range"

and when im going to ALT TAB, it backs to normal as in, im in my desktop interface, vise versa.


im currently using 1152x864 resolution [max is 1600x1200] and 60 Hertz and 32bit color...


please help me how to fix this problem

Mhm, try to use 1024x768 as resolution. I'm not sure but I think dota was designed for this and lower.
Try it out and tell me what happens

-thanks man, but i already did and nothing happened still im getting the same problem -.- even id make my resolution to 800x600 still nothing happened.....

please help me to get rid of "HV Frequency Out of Range"
