I've been hacked! HELP

Spme1 hacked into my comp through my mysql window as I was hosting my co pserver. I have lost years of work, school work and a ton of other junk
Is there any way to recover my comp? It's hard drive files were deleted/edited so it won't even turn on.

And info or help would b great thanks!!!

(The following may sound a bit weird, my English is getting worse each day)

Open up your PC and take out your hard drive. Build it in an other PC and try the following program. It worked fine for my external drive.
