yes but I am also sure if the bios does not support it a certain way there are a few more steps to make the USB actually bootable as it needs to ahve a bootsector in it. (Which I have always used Bart Utility or the one from HP.
In any case after reading his post a little more I am thinking it may just be his OS as he is using a pirated version ( a MS update could have fobar'd it)

Well if the bios supports usb boot he wont have problem since the KRD record utility creates the necessary sectors and files. If he can boot the software it will clean the hard infections from the HDD and he will not need to reinstall the whole system. If he gain access to the Internet he can post hijackthis and gsi logs and we can help him more and maybe speed a little bit up his pc

HOPEFULLY,
From what I have gathered since webzen took over , this game is pretty darn hard to diagnose as there is a mountain of things that could cause it to not run properly , most of it deals with GG.
I am also wondering if his xcrashreport folder and the dll's are corrupted. Which if that was the case a clean instal should have worked ( Unless the file he downloaded was corrupted during the process)
I guess we will just have to wait for his report back tomorrow.

I think this problem is not related to AL or GG. He wrote PC restarts when he uses just the browser. Maybe a malware that restarts when the user tries to open a webpage.

can someone tell me..what is solution for error when starting game, and the restarting?

1st. open al file and goto alef.exe and make sure in proprieties its marked run as admin.
2. turn off xfire or and other programs that would change then game client ( hacks, game booster , bots).
3. open webpage and try again.
4. if hasnt worked after that try to start game with the inspect element>console>gp.GameStarter.execGameStart(8,1) .. some times this works for me with xfire so its worth a try gl

it didnt work..
im downloading now Kaspersky Rescue Disk..soon i will do it
im not good at this at all..it says "On the Kaspersky USB Rescue Disk Maker window, click Browse... and select the iso image of Kaspersky Rescue Disk 10" but there is no iso image..how do i make that file to iso..i can only unzip it but still can browse it
i get error when i press start on Disk Maker.
Error 0x800000c0
its okey i did it
so i got rid of viruses..its not restarting anymore but the xcras is still popin and now i see what is problem but i dont know how to solve it.
when i pops up i press to see what kind problem is and those 3 problem are REGISTRY.TXT,CRASH.DMP and ERRORLOG.TXT

I am glad to see you succeed to remove viruses. Was there a lot?
Now try to upload the GSI logs and I can check your PC specs and possible software problems.
The xCrashReport.exe just handles the alefclient.exe/Archlord.exe/alefpatch.dat related crashes and it asks you to send crash logs to Webzen and this is a great function but WZ do not analyze the problems. So you have nothing to do with those files

Nice.
Btw i suggest you to disable autorun of Dameontools. If you use it you can start it. That program can cause problems with gameguard .

That it can , I personally hate dameontools seems to have a lot of malware and tracking cookies in it , I prefer poweriso.
I would also suggest doing an online scan even though you scanned with a virus scanner already And scan with malwarebytes too.
You may want to visit my security guide in my signature , It is a lot to take in but it covers a tremendous amount of programs that are free and helps protect yourself a little better.
and don't forget to run these scans in safe mode after a regular scan
