NDIS.SYS BSOD

Yes everytime frequently i get a crash bsod from ndis.sys, if i upload and download with like say a torrent or play a game i get the crash even FASTER.

What bugs me is this started yesterday, before that its been a fresh install of XP and i havent changed anything since about a day before the crashing started, which it was operating fine before that.

But i look on the internet for solutions and i all i find is stupid solutions for a linksys NIC card.. Rather THERE IS NO SOLUTION POSTED.

Im using a nvidia network onboard, im using a netgear router and i havent had any problems for like 2-3 months till now.

I really dont know what the problem is and its really frustrating me that theres no solution, its frustrating me so much im attempted to delete ndis.sys and not care about what happens.


So someone help please.

so what is a crash? do you get a bluescreen or is your computer just stopping or what?
and a problem with ndis.sys indicates a driver problem, or in the worst case a problem with your hardware itself.
you may want to test this command:
Start > Execute> sfc /scannow

If this finds any Problems it will tell you and mybe repair them.
If not you should tell us if you get a bluescreen.

Weirdly. I deleted teh ndis.sys and im not getting any bluescreens, i havent tryed reboot either.

thats not wired and not malware..
ndis.dll is sometimes overwritten by driver installations, so if you get a error you can delete ndis.dll but windows will replace it with a clean version (out of its database) and you should be fine
that is what i told you do to, but in fact my version was better
Start > Execute > sfc /scannow
does exactly this!
