Question TF2 - triggering sounds/scripts by animations

Hi. I been wondering is there a way to trigger scripts by animations in tf2, through the means of certain animations playing on player's viewmodel.

Specifcly I need a script to play a sound cue whenever "backstab" wind-up animation's first frame is played. I want it to be 100% legal, so no external things or cheat programs. Just purely Source scripting.
