Has anyone figured out if they are being reported or detected?

Meaning, a lot of the bans could quite possibly be from using it weeks ago and they completed an "investigation: etc,,. Has anyone only used it once and got banned?

Still using it now and no ban, I even used it at 1000% on the Imp fleet with 120 people + and no one even noticed. I don't believe it can be detected and people dont seem to care unless someone is using for big gains like in PVP. Not sure how people are getting banned.

its the best thing ever!

me and my friends are using it all the time, even in warzones and nobody got banned. except one guy was advertising it in guild chat and he got suspended for a week DUH
