[Feedback] Some moderators are backing a possible scammer

Greetings,

additional to my last complaint here () there are some news.

As global moderator @ suggested i've added proofs that seller is using a new fake account with 2-3 posts to promote their product. I've also reported that there are fake customers in the thread.

Instead of deleting his messages, my messages have been deleted.

Is it allowed to vouch and promote my own software with fake accounts? Aren't the fake reviews missleading for the customers?

Maybe the fake reviews have been deleted now but their developer has accepted already that @ is the admin of that product and that guy posted a review like he is the customer. He vouched and said "don't hesitate, buy!". He is not even banned btw. and the thread is still there. Do you think to remove that thread after their fake review attempt or do you let them still stay in this forum?

4.2 Post only if you are interested in a trade or if you can constructively contribute to the topic. Please ensure, that your feedback is always given a reason. Meaningless posts (e.g. one-word posts like “Scammer”) are considered spam and violate our rules. If you want to post negative feedback, please take a look at #1.1.

1.1 Threads to accuse other users are forbidden. If you have been scammed, use our rating system and/or warn other users in the thread corresponding to your trade(and only there!). You can also try to get the user banned via the Support. Anywhere else accusations are forbidden. Keep in mind, that our rules also apply to negative feedback (especially #4.2).

Please use the Rating systen if you have been scammed and post proof that the Thread you are talking about is scam.

Owner of the product used a fake account and wrote fake review. I've reported thread and added all proofs but again:
@ is the seller / admin of the product "woofer pro". You can see in their discord channel that he is admin and

He is vouching his own product and he is not even denying that he is the owner of the product

I've reported this already but instead of banning that guy moderators are removing my posts.

Is it allowed to create fake accounts and write fake reviews in this forum?

I'm not surprised i've reported resellers of my product almost 2 weeks ago and hes fake vouching his thread. Thanks to him he got my files detected and a bunch of my customers banned but staff still ignoring the entire issue which is great.

If you aren't able to provide proof for your accusations or if they doesn't make sense your posts will get deleted, we can't allow such posts, that is also the reason why you guys always should use our trade system. If you trade off-site you are not covered by our support and your feedback posts are way stricter handled. You should read our TBM rules and guidelines for your own safety.
