Thats right but for some people it´s all about "how does the offer looks like". And in fact there are many times offers in the BM where some guys try to scamm other people through trades out of the TBM System, so some people hit very fast an alarm bell.

I´ve seen people posting scammer accusations due to different, sometimes total crazy, reasons like

- Scammer doesn´t want to use MM
- Scammer doesn´t want to go first
etc.
etc.

In fact they haven´t scammed (at this time) ... so why does those people call them a scammer. Giving a feedback like "doesn´t want to use MM, take care" would be enough, but that´s human nature.

I would be a friend of changing/adjust the rule a little bit. So that simple postings like "Scammer" would be against the rules and people who wants to tell you a scammer have to give more informations like:

"traded through Discord, payd and received nothing" etc. so that people receive valuable informations what was (maybe) going on there.

And of course don´t forget you´ve always the change to tell your side of the story.

Believe me in the past I´d also scammer accusation before the new rule applied but in fact I´m a friend of the new rule as I would reply on any accusation and would tell my side of the story and ask them to post some proofs, if they don´t reply with any kind of proofs everybody can see thats it was just a stupid "fun post".
