So, I think it would be really, really needed to start using 2-Step Verification here, on elitepvpers. You can use for that the Google Application or just SMS.
In case of stolen account the owner is fully responsible for actions taken by the thief but in my opinion that's very unfair and is gonna be until some extra level of safety is provided.
